SALES INFORMATION

ORDERING METHODS

If ordering on-line is not convenient, wheel orders can be faxed to 1 (423) 756-5607 or e-mailed to sales@specialtywheel.com. Phone orders may be called in at 1 (800) 959-5800 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM Monday-Friday, PST.


PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be discussed at the time your order is placed. Prices do not include shipping and handling or sales tax, if applicable.


PAYMENT

Payment may be made via cash, check, money order, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Wire transfers will be accepted with prior arrangements. Personal checks will be deposited and the funds held for up to 3 weeks before the order is shipped. All products remain the property of Specialty Wheel until final payment is made.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground unless otherwise informed or noted on purchase order. Shipping and handling charges are in addition to the price of our products and will be included in the total due at the time of your order. Shipments may not be dropped off without written acceptance at carrier’s discretion. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship daily throughout the world. International orders must be prepaid using one of the payment methods shown above.


RETURNS AND WARRANTY

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please e-mail, call, or write us regarding problems with an order for assistance or return authorization number. Returned parts must be unmounted, in original condition, in original packaging and received by Specialty Wheel no later than 30 days after sale for a refund. No return will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. Returned items are thoroughly inspected prior to determination of credit, replacement or refusal. There is no refund or return on special order items. A 20% restocking fee may be charged to all returns not due to our error. There is no refund for a shipping and handling charge on returned items. We will replace defective parts, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use or labor involved in their installation and removal. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or abuse. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, for any parts or work used for competition, or performance driving events. We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested.


DAMAGED ITEMS

When packages appear damaged on arrival, state in writing the condition of the container on the carrier’s bill of lading prior to signing. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately. We provide good merchandise, properly packaged, to the carrier. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier, not to Specialty Wheel. (FedEx claims 1-800-463-3339)


PRODUCT USE

Our products are not intended for racing or off-road use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items purchased are legal and safe for their intended use. Motor sports are inherently dangerous. Specialty Wheel is not responsible or liable for any associated injury or damage.


WHEEL BALANCING

All of our wheels are designed to be balanced from the lug holes only.
